Description
Guest Battery On/Off Switch without Alternator Field Disconnect (AFD), you generally choose between two primary models engineered by Guest (a Navico Group/Marinco brand): the standard Model 2102 and the universal mount Model 2112A.
Because these models lack an AFD feature, they are specifically designed for applications where an alternator disconnect protection circuit is not required (e.g., trolling motor banks, dedicated accessory systems, or setups with separate automatic charging relays).
| Mounting Style | Surface Mount |
| Dimensions | 5.50" × 2.63" |

Important Installation Safety Notes
- Ignition Protection: Both switches comply with USCG safety standard 183.410, making them safe for installation inside engine compartments containing gasoline vapors.
- Operation Warning: Because these switches do not feature AFD, you must never switch them to the "OFF" position while the engine is running. Doing so can instantly blow the rectifying diodes on your engine's alternator.
