Ancor NMEA 2000 Backbone Cable is a heavy-duty, marine-grade cable designed to run the primary data infrastructure (the "backbone") of an NMEA 2000 onboard electronics network. Built to resist harsh marine environments, it connects NMEA 2000 T-connectors to extend data communication across your boat.

- Color-Coded Connectors: Features bright yellow couplers. This design choice allows installers to quickly differentiate the critical backbone network from black-coupled drop cables or red-coupled power lines.
- Heavy-Gauge Construction: Built with 18 AWG power conductors. This thicker wiring reduces voltage drop over longer runs, offering superior reliability compared to standard drop cables.
- Universal Compatibility: It is 100% NMEA 2000 approved and universally compatible. It seamlessly integrates with multi-brand marine setups including Garmin, Lowrance, Simrad, Raymarine, and B&G.
