Description
The Ancor NMEA 2000 Drop Cable is an NMEA-approved marine network component designed to link individual marine electronics (such as chartplotters, VHF radios, and fishfinders) directly to your network backbone.
Features
- Color-Coded Connectors: Ancor utilizes a unique color system. These drop cables feature black couplers to distinguish them from yellow backbone lines and red power connections.
- Enhanced Flexibility: Built using a slightly lighter 18 AWG gauge wire than backbone cables, making routing through tight boat bulkheads and consoles much easier.
- Universal Compatibility: They are 100% universal, NMEA-micro-sized, and seamlessly connect to devices and T-connectors from major brands like Garmin, Lowrance, and Simrad.
