Easy Application for Professional-Looking Results

  • Mix for consistent coverage: Shake the aerosol can vigorously for at least two minutes, or until the mixing ball moves freely, to help ensure an even spray pattern and smooth finish.
  • Prepare bare aluminum properly: For a completely bare aluminum lower unit, apply a compatible primer such as Primocon before painting to promote lasting adhesion and protection.
  • Build dependable protection: Apply 2–3 coats of Trilux 33 to achieve the recommended film thickness. In most cases, one full can is typically needed for each lower unit.
