Perko Underwater Lights Accessories utilize a specialized ecosystem of installation hardware, lens filters, and waterproofing components designed specifically across three core fixture configurations: Thru-Hull, Trim Tab Surface Mount, and Standard Surface Mount.

Hardware & Installation Accessories

Perko manufactures exact-fit brackets and risers to manage light placement, angles, and surface compliance:

Removable Mounting Brackets: Designed for the Trim Tab Surface Mount systems. They allow the fixture housing to be shifted for either horizontal or vertical mounting configurations directly onto an existing transom trim tab.
Mounting Risers: Included primarily in Perko "DP" commercial retail packages. These act as functional spacers required to level the light housing over lipped or heavily contoured trim tabs.
Mounting Rings: Heavy-duty structural rings matching the bronze series to firmly clamp Thru-Hull casings against the interior hull line.

Optical Lens Filters

For traditional Thru-Hull high-output halogens and early LEDs, Perko supplies interchangeable lens filters:

Color Conversion Filters: Specialized colored lens discs included in the DP multi-packs that drop inside the primary housing bezel. They allow quick conversions between blue and green spectrums to maximize bait attraction or shift aesthetic ambiance without replacing the entire light engine.

Wiring & Marine Safety Integration

Submersible electrical accessories protect the hull integrity and the electrical grid from catastrophic failure:

Watertight Cable Outlets Crome plated brass pass-through glands equipped with tight compression rubber grommets. These secure the 16/2 or 18/2 marine-grade power wires at the transom boundary line to achieve an airtight seal.
Bonding Wire Terminals: Built directly into the bronze castings of Thru-Hull lines. This connection tab allows installers to attach standard green bonding wire straight to the boat's sacrificial anode network, fighting off galvanic corrosion.
Internal Safety Seals: Integral internal safety gaskets inside Thru-Hull models. If the primary external glass face takes a heavy impact and shatters, this internal secondary backup block isolates the hull canal, physically preventing water from rushing into the bilge.
