Description
Dutton-Lainson's Trailer Safety Chains are zinc plated with heavy steel hooks and safety clips that meet SAE and V-5 standards.
6217 Safety Chains Pair | 24 in. x 3/16 in. Features:
- Dutton-Lainson® trailer safety chains
- Heavy duty Class 1 welded link chains for trailers up to 2,000 lbs.
- Two 24" x 3/16" chains
- Mount with 3/8" bolts
- Zinc plated finish to resist rust
- Heavy steel hook and safety clip latches to keep chains attached to tow vehicle
- Meets SAE and V-5 standards
NOTE: Do not mount chains to trailer tongue with the same bolts used to mount coupler. Cross safety chains under coupling, allowing only enough slack for turns.
